Whitlingham Country Park

By Does Your Duck Quack · Reviewed 20 October 2026

Trowse, Norwich · NR14 8TR

Whitlingham combines two broads, woodland, meadow and wetland on the edge of Norwich. The wide water and surrounding paths make it an easy place to begin birdwatching close to the city. The operator documents Egyptian and Greylag Geese, Goldcrest and a selection of familiar songbirds, with a wildlife sightings board at the Flint Barn Café. A circular route around the Great Broad gives changing viewpoints across the water, and the bird hide provides another place to pause. The park is free to enter throughout the year.
