Sheringham Park

Sheringham Park offers woodland, parkland and coastal views for a birding walk inland from the seafront. Mature trees and mixed habitats support birds such as Nuthatch, Treecreeper and Great Spotted Woodpecker, while winter brings finches and thrushes. Four marked routes give a choice of walking lengths, and the visitor-centre area makes an easy starting point. It is particularly useful when you want sheltered woodland watching alongside the exposed North Norfolk coast, with time to pause and listen among the trees.
