Black Devon Wetlands offers an accessible wetland walk on the edge of Alloa, with reedbeds, wet grassland and pools within the Inner Forth landscape. A viewing screen and raised routes provide places to look over the water, while the circular trail includes seats and resting perches. The RSPB describes the reserve as important for wintering waders and wildfowl. An April 2019 RSPB local-group visit recorded Gadwall, Yellowhammer and Buzzard, adding named bird interest to the broader habitat description.
