Morris’s Bridge, Whixall · SY13 2RT

Charles Sinker Fields offers a settled wetland watch from a hide at the edge of Whixall Moss. The Trust names Teal, Lapwing and Curlew around the open water, with changing levels and vegetation shaping the view. Obtain the hide code through its public application before travelling, or use the permitted canal-towpath view. Keep out of the fields and give feeding birds room. The main arrival is the National Nature Reserve car park at Morris’ Bridge; the two bays beside the hide are reserved for Blue Badge holders.
